All payments will be through Paypal and Cashapp. I will not accept or consider the payment methods of crypto currencies such as but not limited to; Bit coin, NFTs, etc.

I ask for payment to be made after the first draft sketch/concept stage. Any point after the concept stage is also allowed.

Payment Plans

If a commission is over 50 USD, then I can offer a 50/50 payment plan. Payment can be split as such;

Half payment at the start, and the last half at the end.

Half payment after the final sketch, and the last half at the end.

Half payment at the start, and the last half at the final sketch.

Refunds can be given at any point up until I send the Clean Sketch.

As well, at any point, if needed I will cancel and refund the commission if I so wish.

I do not charge deadline fees, but tight rush orders will be charged depending on the closeness of the rush.

I ask for a constant open and flowing dialogue between I (Niximix) and You (the Client).

Work in Progress (WIP) updates can be asked for and are encouraged, just please respectfully do not spam me.

While I tend to work fast through projects, It may vary on how long a project may take. A regular commission can take 3 to upwards to 5 business days. Although this sometimes can not be promised. Depending on complexity and when you want the commission done by, will affect how long it'll take for the completed piece.

And I need to say this. If you need a deadline. Don't be afraid to ask for one. A deadline is there to help you and me with the commission process. Though, Deadlines must be established at the beginning of communications.

During the start of the commission process, I will leave a large water mark on the WIP updates I send. Do not steal the piece as your own or Remove the watermark. This goes for after when the work is completed, I'll leave a watermark on the finished piece.

After the completion of the final piece(s), You (The Client) are allowed to use the art for any non-commercial display purposes.

You are not allowed to repurpose the commission for the use of NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens).

Copyright ownership however in terms of creation and promotion remains with Me (Niximix).

I, as the creator of the artwork(s), will post the finished piece to all accounts. Unless specified as a surprise for another person, then I will hold off from posting the finished piece until the provided date.

While I will draw lewd or suggest pieces, I no longer host 18+ or NSFW commissions.

I have the right to say no to your NSFW commission for my comfort.

I will refuse to draw Anti-LGBT, Pedophilia, Zoophilla, Racism, Political, Abuse, Murder, Criminal actions, Torture, or anything else vile and cruel.
